Second X <br /> All A yes <br /> JOINT ITEM WITH CITY COUNCIL - PROPERTY TRANSFERS - <br /> ARLINGTON REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA - <br /> MAGNOLlA/TAFT/MYERS - SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION <br /> The Redevelopment Agency (1) accepted the transfer of APNs 234-101-028, <br /> 049 and 050 from the City of Riverside for the appraised amount of <br /> $1,270,800; (2) authorized the Executive Director, or his designee, to prepare <br /> and execute the appropriate documents to complete the transfer; and <br /> (3) authorized the appropriation of $1,270,800 from the Arlington Fund <br /> 92-304 <br />
