All Ayes <br />JOINT ITEM WITH CITY COUNCIL - RIVERSIDE RENAISSANCE - <br />PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT - 2771 UNIVERSITY - <br />SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION <br />The Redevelopment Agency (1) approved the Purchase and Sale Agreement <br />with Richard A. Munio for $489,000 to acquire 2771 University Avenue, <br />APN 211-131-022; (2) authorized the Executive Director, or his designee, to <br />execute the agreement and any other documents necessary to complete the <br />acquisition and demolition for land assembly purposes; and (3) authorized the <br />appropriation of $637,700 from the City's Cash Pool in anticipation of the Tax <br />Allocation Bond Issue as follows: $497,700 to 2771 University Property <br />Acquisition Account 9783700-440441 , $100,000 to 2771 University <br />Relocation Account 9783700-440443 and $40,000 to 2771 University Site <br />Clearance Account 9783700-440445. <br />The City Council authorized the appropriation of $637,700 from the City's <br />Cash Pool in anticipation of the Tax Allocation Bond Issue as follows: <br />$497,700 to 2771 University Property Acquisition Account 9783700-440441, <br />$100,000 to 2771 University Relocation Account 9783700-440443 and <br />$40,000 to 2771 University Site Clearance Account 9783700-440445. <br />JOINT ITEM WITH CITY COUNCIL - RIVERSIDE RENAISSANCE - <br />EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS - 2585 THROUGH 2617 UNIVERSITY - <br />CONTINUED <br />The Redevelopment Agency (1) continued for 180 days consideration of the <br />proposed Resolution of Necessity authorizing the initiation of condemnation <br />proceedings to acquire the real property located at 2585 through <br />2619 University Avenue, APN's 211-131-017 and 018, situated within the <br />University Corridor/Sycamore Canyon Redevelopment Project Area; and <br />(2) authorized staff to return with a re-noticed Resolution of Necessity hearing <br />or a suitable Owner Participation Agreement, dependent upon the outcome of <br />continued negotiations with the property owner. - <br /> 92-284 <br />
