Bennett of the <br />Zoning Administrator's decision to deny a minor conditional use permit to <br />allow on-site alcohol sales in conjunction with the Hi Ho Restaurant within an <br />approximately 2,231 -square -foot commercial building at 7755 California <br />Motion <br />X <br />Avenue.
