6 7 8 9 lO 12 ~5 16 19 20 21 22 23 2~ 25 26 27 ORDINANCE NO. 5912 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 5.60 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING THERETO NEW SECTIONS 5.60,040(4) AND 5.60.100 SUBDIVISIONS (k) AND (1) AND BY AMENDING SECTIONS 5.60.060 AND 5.60.080 IN THEIR ENTIRETY, WHICH SECTIONS RELATE TO VARIOUS LIMITATIONS ON LICENSED BINGO GAMES WITHIN THE CITY. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Section 5.60.040 of the Riverside Municipal Code is hereby amended to add thereto the following subsection: "(4) All applications and renewals shall include the hours and days of play." Section 2: Section 5.60.060 is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: "5.60,060 LICENSE-TERM-FEES. The term of a bingo license is six months and may be renewed for a period of six months any time within one month from its date of expiration upon application therefor; no bingo games may be conducted after the expiration date unless the license has been renewed; renewal after the one month grace period will be treated as a new application and the applicant will be charged the fee set by resolution for a new application; and no licensee shall conduct more than two bingo events at any one location in the City during any seven-day period, with each 7-day period beginning with a Sunday and ending with a Saturday. The fees for bingo application and license renewal shall be set by resolution of the City Council." Section 3: Section 5.60.080 is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: "5.60.080 DENIAL OF APPLICATION-SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
