1 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br /> 10 <br /> <br /> 11 <br /> <br /> 12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> 22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />DA-1-845 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5908 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> APPROVING THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CANYON SPRINGS. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br />does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section l: The City Council hereby finds that the <br />Second Amendment to the Development Agreement for Canyon <br />Springs, which is referred to herein as the Amendment, <br /> <br /> (a) is consistent with the objectives, policies, <br />general land uses and programs specified in the General Plan and <br />the applicable specific plan; <br /> <br /> (b) will not be detrimental to the health, safety and <br />general welfare of persons residing in the immediate area nor be <br />detrimental or injurious to property or persons in the general <br />neighborhood or to the general welfare of the residents of the <br />City as a whole; <br /> <br /> (c) will not adversely affect the orderly development <br />of property or the preservation of property values; <br /> <br /> (d) will facilitate the implementation of the <br />applicable specific plan; and <br /> <br /> (e) is consistent with the provisions of Government <br />Code Sections 65864 through 65869.5. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Council hereby approves the <br />Amendment and designates the Mayor of the City of Riverside to <br />execute the Amendment on behalf of the City of Riverside. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Clerk shall cause the Amendment to <br />be recorded with the County Recorder no later than l0 days after <br /> <br /> <br />
