1 2 3 5 6 8 9 lO ll 12 ~5 ~6 ~7 ~9 20 21 22 2~ 25 26 27 ORDINANCE NO. 5902 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 10.76.030 RELATING TO VICTORIA AVENUE AS A THROUGH STREET BY ADDING LINCOLN AVENUE AS AN EXCEPTION THERETO TO PROVIDE FOR A MULTI-WAY STOP CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF VICTORIA AND LINCOLN AVENUES. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: That portion of Section 10.76.030 of the Riverside Municipal Code relating to Victoria Avenue as a through street is hereby amended by adding Lincoln Avenue as an exception thereto to provide for a multi-way stop control at the intersection of Victoria and Lincoln Avenues; said portion of Section 10.76.030 is amended to read as follows: Name of Through Street Victoria Avenue Inclusive Limits Ninth Street and City limits Exceptions (if any) Cridge Street, Lincoln Avenue, Horace Street, Maude Street, Jane Street, Mary Street, Washington Street, Jefferson Street, Madison Street, Adams Street, Monroe Street, Jackson Street, Harrison Street, Tyler Street Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter of the City of Riverside.
