1 2 5 6 8 9 lO ll 12 ~5 16 19 20 21 22 23 25 ~6 27 ORDINANCE NO. 5894 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND THAT PORTION OF SECTION 10.76.030 RELATING TO LINCOLN AVENUE AS A THROUGH STREET BY ADDING JANE STREET AS AN EXCEPTION THERETO TO PROVIDE FOR A FOUR-WAY STOP CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF LINCOLN AVENUE AND JANE STREET; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 10.76.050 TO PROHIBIT STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON AN ADDITIONAL PORTION OF MAGNOLIA AVENUE BETWEEN ROOSEVELT STREET AND VAN BUREN BOULEVARD. The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1: That portion of Section 10.76.030 of the Riverside Municipal Code relating to Lincoln Avenue as a through street is hereby amended by adding Jane Street as an exception thereto to provide for a four-way stop control at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Jane Street; said portion of Section 10.76.030 is amended to read as follows: Name of Through Street Lincoln Avenue Inclusive Limits Anna Street and Gratton Street Exceptions (if any) Horace Street, Maude Street, Jane Street, Mary Street Washington Street, Madison Street, Jefferson Street, Adams Street Section 2: Section 10.76.050 of the Riverside Municipal Code is amended to prohibit stopping, standing or parking at all times on an additional portion of Magnolia Avenue between Roosevelt Street and Van Buren Boulevard; that portion of said section relating to Magnolia Avenue is amended to read as follows: CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALl FORNIA
