The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-l-130") Zone and placing in the Single-Family Residential ("R-i-80") Zone the land described as follows: That portion of the southeast one quarter of the southeast one quarter of Section 1, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino Meridian, City of Riverside, County of Riverside, California, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the east line of said Section 1 and the centerline of Alessandro Boulevard as conveyed to the City of Riverside by deed recorded October 11, 1941, in Book 518 at Page 370, and November 10, 1966, as Instrument No. 109923, Official Records of Riverside, California; Thence North 00° 13' 41" West along said east line, a distance of 84.43 feet to a point in the northeasterly right-of-way line of said Alessandro Boulevard, a 55.00 foot half right-of-way for the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence continuing North 00° 13' 41" West along said east line, a distance of 837.03 feet to the southeast corner of Tract No. 11272 as shown by map on file in Book 158 of Maps, at pages 61 through 66 inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California; Thence South 89° 54' 11" West along the south line of said Tract, a distance of 420.61 feet to the southwest corner thereof, said point being in the said northeasterly right-of-way line of Alessandro Boulevard; Thence South 19° 02' 00" East, along said northeasterly right-of-way line, a distance of 234.84 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of 1945.00 feet; Thence southeasterly along said curve, to the left, through a central angle of 20° 54' 16", an arc distance of 709.64 feet to the true point of beginning, the radial line at said point bears South 50° 03' 44" West.
