Thank you, SIGNATURES IN LIEU OF FILING FEE (EG. 9 8106) First day forms will be available from the City Clerk. In lieu of paying the filing fee with money. a candidate may submit a petition containing signatures of Dec. 29 Candidates / registered voters within the City and Ward (if applicable) in which he or she (158) City Clerk seeks office. Four signatures are required for each dollar of filing fee. Within 10 days after receipt of a petition, the City Clerk shall notify the candidate of any deficiency.
