1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br /> 10 <br /> <br /> 11 <br /> <br /> 12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />~7 <br /> <br />~8 <br /> <br />~9 <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> 22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17360 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING, CALLING AND <br />PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO <br />BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON JUNE 5, 1990 TO FILL <br />THE VACANCY IN WARD 7; REQUESTING THE BOARD <br />OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE TO <br />CONSOLIDATE SAID SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION WITH <br />THE STATEWIDE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON THE SAME <br />DATE; AND REQUESTING SAID BOARD OF SUPERVISORS TO <br />PERMIT THE COUNTY REGISTRAR OF VOTERS TO RENDER <br />CERTAIN SERVICES RELATED TO THE CONSOLIDATED <br />SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That in accordance with Article X and <br />Section 404 of the Charter of the City of Riverside, a Special <br />Municipal Election, of which notice is hereby given, is hereby <br />called and ordered to be held on June 5, 1990, in the City of <br />Riverside for the purpose of electing a member of the City <br />Council to fill the vacancy in Ward 7. <br /> <br /> Section 2: That the polls for said elections shall be <br />opened at 7:00 a.m. of the day of said election and shall remain <br />open continuously from said time until 8:00 p.m. of the same <br />day, when the polls shall be closed except as provided in <br />Section 14301 of the Elections Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3: That the City Council consents to the <br />consolidation of the Special Municipal Election hereby called <br />with all other elections being held in the same territory on <br />June 5, 1990, and said elections, where possible, shall be held <br />in all respects as if there were only one election within the <br />City of Riverside and only one form of ballot shall be used and <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
