1 2 5 6 7 8 9 10 ll 12 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 2~ 25 26 27 RESOLUTION NO. 17343 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, MAKING ITS FINDINGS AND DETERMINATIONS AFTER THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER UPON THE UNIVERSITY KNOLLS SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PROJECT. IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, found, determined and ordered by the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, pursuant to the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, being Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, as follows: 1. The City Engineer of the City of Riverside, California, prepared a written Report pursuant to the order of the City Council of the City of Riverside and the provisions of the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, being Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, upon the project known as the University Knolls Sewer Assessment District for improvements consisting of the installation of sanitary sewer mains, house connections, manholes and,appurtenant work in a portion of University Drive between Canyon Crest Drive and Box Springs Boulevard and certain unnamed easements, all within the City of Riverside, California, including the repaving of the street and the replacement of sidewalks, driveway approaches, and curbs as necessary, and other ancillary work. The work is particularly shown, described and delineated in the plans, profiles, specifications, detailed drawings and special provisions therefor which were furnished by the City Engineer and accompanied said written Report, and are on file and open to inspection in the offices of the City CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA
