RZ-003-978 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> 11 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br /> 13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 6639 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING <br /> CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND <br /> FROM R-1-65 AND SP ZONES TO THE C-3-S-X AND SP ZONES. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map <br />which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Single Family Residential and Specific <br />Plan Combining ("R-1-65-SP') Zones, and placing in the General Commercial Height of Buildings <br />(One Story) and Building Setback (5 and 10 foot setbacks) Combining and Specific Plan Combining <br />("C-3-S-X and SP) Zones, with a 5 foot setback from the 91 Freeway and a 10 foot setback from <br />Indiana Avenue, the property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause <br />publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter <br />of the City of Riverside. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day after the date of its <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk <br />this 23rd day of June, 1998.
