Action: Approve, in concept, submittal of a revised Cover Letter that <br /> includes a summary outline of following chapters and submittals; <br /> Chapter I on Arroyo Policy Suggestions and Definitions with Sutinmary <br /> of Recommendations, --following a revision that includes full CCAC <br /> input; Chapter 2 on analysis of difference between city and county <br /> regarding grading violations, reporting methods, and enforcement, updated <br /> with information provided under agenda item (d) below; Chaptet 3 on <br /> GIS Mapping Project, including GIS data-- following proofreading and <br /> editing of data entered by interns, (editing by original mapping <br /> subcommittee with guidance of County Flood Control, including rj1etadata <br /> used in GIS Project; and Chapter 4 on Stream Classification Method for <br /> GIS.
