On May 18, 2006, the Board of Education of the <br />District adopted Resolution No. 50 declaring its intention to annex territory into CFD No. 2006- <br />I. The property being annexed into CFD No. 2006-1 is located in the City of Riverside. <br /> Pursuant to Government Code Section 53315.6, please find enclosed with this letter two <br />copies of Resolution No. 50. Please file one copy with the City as required by Government Code <br />Section 53315.6. Please conform the other copy as to filing, and return it to our office in the <br />envelope provided for your convenience.
