Items may be taken out of order upon request of the Mayor or Members of the City Council. Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 20987, the Members of the City Council and the public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the Meeting. In that regard, Members of the City Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City Councilor the presiding officer constitutes a violation of these rules. 1 :30 P.M.--SPECIAL MEETING MAYOR CALLS MEETING TO ORDER 1. Oral communications from the audience - Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes and you will be asked to state your name and city of residence. 2. State funding for goods movement impact mitigation, legislation for off-hours use of port facilities, and increased funding for highway improvements, grade separations, and port enhancement infrastructure projects - Improve allocation of funds from CalTrans Grade Separation Fund (AS 2630) 3. Protect local government power as critical resource for effective redevelopment for established cities 4. State funding for land acquisitions for parks, water enhancements, clean water, safe neighborhoods, and development of recreation trails along Santa Ana River Parkway LISTENING ASSISTIVE DEVICES are available for the hearing impaired--please see City Clerk The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.
