Items may be <br />taken out of order upon request of the Mayor or Members of the City Council. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 20987, the Members of the City Council <br />and the public are reminded that they must preserve order and decorum throughout the Meeting. In that <br />regard, Members of the City Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption in the proceedings <br />or a refusal to obey the orders of the City Councilor the presiding officer constitutes a violation of these rules. <br /> <br />1 :30 P.M.--SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />MAYOR CALLS MEETING TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Oral communications from the audience - Individual audience participation is limited to 3 minutes and you <br />will be asked to state your name and city of residence. <br /> <br />2. State funding for goods movement impact mitigation, legislation for off-hours use of port facilities, and <br />increased funding for highway improvements, grade separations, and port enhancement infrastructure <br />projects - Improve allocation of funds from CalTrans Grade Separation Fund (AS 2630) <br /> <br />3. Protect local government power as critical resource for effective redevelopment for established cities <br /> <br />4. State funding for land acquisitions for parks, water enhancements, clean water, safe neighborhoods, and <br />development of recreation trails along Santa Ana River Parkway <br /> <br />LISTENING ASSISTIVE DEVICES are available for the hearing impaired--please see City Clerk <br /> <br />The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.
