Acquisition of real property by eminent domain for Merrill Avenue Redevelopment Project - Nly. of <br /> Merrill Avenue between Riverside and Magnolia Avenues, located within the Magnolia Center <br /> Redevelopment Project Area - A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Riverside, <br /> California, finding and determining the public interest and necessity for acquiring and authorizing the <br /> condemnation of certain interests in certain real property located within the Magnolia Center <br /> Redevelopment Project Area - Waive further reading - Staff recommends continuance to May 2, 2006 <br /> (Ward 3) <br />LISTENING ASSISTIVE DEVICES are available for the hearing impaired--please see City Clerk. <br />The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.
