RZ-,015-967 <br /> <br /> 1 ORDINANCE NO. 6435 <br /> <br /> 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING <br /> CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND <br /> 3 FROM A) ZONE O TO ZONE R-1-65; B) ZONE C-1 TO ZONE R-1-65; C) ZONE MP <br /> TO ZONE R-1-65; D) ZONE MP TO ZONE R-1-65; E) ZONE MP TO ZONE O; F) <br /> 4 ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE O; AND G) APPLICATION OF ZONE SP TO THE ENTIRE <br /> ORANGECREST SPECIFIC PLAN AREA. <br /> 5 <br /> 6 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: <br /> 7 Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map <br /> 8 which is a part thereof are amended as follows: <br /> 9 a) By removing approximately 99 residential lots in the vicinity of Bergamont and <br /> 10 Thundersky Parks, described in Exhibit A (attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> 11 reference) as Areas 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, from the O-Official Zone and placing it in the R-1-65-SP - <br /> 12 Single Family Residential Specific Plan Combining Zone; <br /> 13 b) By removing approximately 11 residential lots easterly and westerly of Orange <br /> 14 Terrace Parkway between Hillsdale Road and Yarrow Lane, described in Exhibit A (attached hereto <br /> 15 and incorporated herein by this reference) as Areas 6 and 7, from the C-1 Neighborhood Shopping <br /> 16 Center Zone and placing it in the R-1-65-SP - Single Family Residential Specific Plan Combining <br /> 17 Zone; <br /> 18 c) By removing approximately 1.5 acres in the northeasterly comer of Tract Map <br /> 19 22653 adjacent to March Air Force Base, described in Exhibit A (attached hereto and incorporated <br /> 20 herein by this reference) as Area 8, from the MP - Manufacturing Park Zone and placing it in the R- <br /> 21 1-65-SP - Single Family Residential Specific Plan Combining Zone; <br /> 22 d) By removing approximately 5 vacant acres northeasterly of Trautwein Road <br /> 23 and Orange Terrace Parkway in Tract Map 24641, described in Exhibit A (attached hereto and <br /> 24 incorporated herein by this reference) as Area 9, from the MP - Manufacturing Park Zone and <br /> 25 placing it in the R-1-65-SP - Single Family Residential Specific Plan Combining Zone; <br /> 26 e) By removing approximately 1.1 vacant acres northeasterly of Trautwein Road <br /> 27 and Orange Terrace Parkway in Tract Map 24641, described in Exhibit A (attached hereto and <br /> <br />CityAttorney's Office <br /> Street <br /> CA 92522 <br />(909)782-5567 <br /> <br /> <br />
