<br />Surety Bond It was moved by Councilman Smuts, seconded by CounciLman Backstrand, and duly carried,
<br />approved that the Surety Bond of Frank Malcom, an principal, and the United Pacific Insurance Company, a cor-
<br />Frank I'laleom poration, as surety, in the amount of $P,1150,00, guaranteeing the improvements required to be made in
<br />B/3 Map connection with a Record of survey Imp for Frank Malcom, of a portion of lot 15 of Block 22 of R.L.K.
<br />Co. lands, as per map recorded in Book 1 of Maps at Page 70 thereof, Records of San Bernardino County,
<br />California, be, and the same is hereby, approved and accepted.

<br />Ayes: Councilmen Backstrand, Johnson, Smutz and Voris.

<br />Frank Malcom that Rosolstion No. 7Y51 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, approving a Record
<br />of survey Map for Frank Malcom of a portion of Lot 15 of Block 22 of R.L.&I. Co. Lands, as per map
<br />recorded in Book 1 of Maps at Page 70 thereof, RecorJs of Son Bernardino County, California, which Map
<br />has heretofore received the alyroval of the City Planning Conuission, be, and the same 0 hereby,
