Poole of the <br />Rubidoux United Methodist Church. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was given to the Flag. <br />MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the Meetings of June 24 and 25, 1969, were Motion <br />approved as submitted. 1 Second <br />: All Ayes <br />The Chair recognized the presence in the audience of <br />LeMoyne Badger representing the Riverside Chamber of Commerce <br />CONSIDERATION OF STAFF, BOARD ADD COMMISSION REPORTS AND <br />RECO124ENDATIONS <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND PLANNING COMMISSION <br />TIME EXTENSION FOR FILING - R/S 1031 - 1450 THIRD STREET <br />A communication was presented from Bart R. Singletary, Vice <br />President, William Austin Company, requesting an extension of <br />time of one year in which to file Record of Survey 1031, lo- <br />cated on the southwesterly corner of Third Street and State <br />Highway 395, being 1450 Third Street; together with the reporti <br />from the Planning Department that an extension of time of one I <br />year fro. July 5, 1969, is permissible; whereupon, an exten- Motion <br />sion of time of one year from July 5, 1969, was granted as Second <br />requested. All Ayes <br />PROPOSED WALKWAY VACATION - DEWEY TO CENTRAL AVENUES <br />A recommendation was presented from the City Planning Commis- <br />sion that the pedestrian walkway located between Dewey Avenue <br />and Central Avenue, east of Car�o Drive and west of Arch Way, <br />be vacated, subject to the cond�tions as recommended by the <br />City Planning Commission; whereupon, the City Attorney was re -i <br />q.ested to prepare the necessary resolution to set this matter: <br />for public hearing before the City Council and the Public Motion <br />Works Department was requested to provide the necessary legal Second <br />description required in connection therewith. All Ayes <br />PARKING AND TRAFFIC COMMISSION <br />I PROPOSED LEASE EXTENSION - LEONARD W. MHLBURG - PARKING LOT E I <br />A recommendation was presented from the Parking and Traffic <br />Commission that approval be given the Lease by and between thel <br />City of Riverside and Leonard W.
