MINUTES The Minutes of the Meetings of June 24 and 25, 1969, were Motion approved as submitted. 1 Second : All Ayes The Chair recognized the presence in the audience of LeMoyne Badger representing the Riverside Chamber of Commerce CONSIDERATION OF STAFF, BOARD ADD COMMISSION REPORTS AND RECO124ENDATIONS PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND PLANNING COMMISSION TIME EXTENSION FOR FILING - R/S 1031 - 1450 THIRD STREET A communication was presented from Bart R. Singletary, Vice President, William Austin Company, requesting an extension of time of one year in which to file Record of Survey 1031, lo- cated on the southwesterly corner of Third Street and State Highway 395, being 1450 Third Street; together with the reporti from the Planning Department that an extension of time of one I year fro. July 5, 1969, is permissible; whereupon, an exten- Motion sion of time of one year from July 5, 1969, was granted as Second requested. All Ayes PROPOSED WALKWAY VACATION - DEWEY TO CENTRAL AVENUES A recommendation was presented from the City Planning Commis- sion that the pedestrian walkway located between Dewey Avenue and Central Avenue, east of Car�o Drive and west of Arch Way, be vacated, subject to the cond�tions as recommended by the City Planning Commission; whereupon, the City Attorney was re -i q.ested to prepare the necessary resolution to set this matter: for public hearing before the City Council and the Public Motion Works Department was requested to provide the necessary legal Second description required in connection therewith. All Ayes PARKING AND TRAFFIC COMMISSION I PROPOSED LEASE EXTENSION - LEONARD W. MHLBURG - PARKING LOT E I A recommendation was presented from the Parking and Traffic Commission that approval be given the Lease by and between thel City of Riverside and Leonard W.
