Following discussion~ <br /> Mr~ Barnett was complimented by the City Council on the re- <br /> port submitted~ The City Council discussed the recommenda- <br /> tion that the title of "Office of Civil Defense" be changed <br /> <br /> ization was given the change of name designation as recom- Second ~( <br /> aended.
