CITY OF P~IVERStDE COUNC172~N Minutes of Adjourned Ne~ular Meeting of the City Council Time of Meeting~ 9:00 A, M~ In consideration of the ~quest from the City Council, the Public Works Di~cto~ presented reco~endations as to im- pPovements to be required in connection with the ~zoning sented their Surety Bond~ in the ~ount of $100,000,00, p~ovements, Following discussion, the Surety Bond was to Zoning Case R~2~612~ was presented; and the title hav- ing been ~ad, and further ~ading waived by the unanimous Street Motel and Restaurant Association~ sponsors of ~een , Scheherazade Contact for ~he Riverside County Fair and ing the Pu~oses and Objectives of the Queen Schehe~zade Contest of the Riverside County Fair and National Date 9:30 A~M.--Hearing was held on the approved report hereto- fore filed by the City Engineer in the matter of the pro- posed construction and installation of an ornamental street lighting system in Beatty Drive Lighting I~rovem- ment District, pursuant to the provisions of the "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931"~ being Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Catifornia~ said hearing was opened and proceeded with~ The City Clerk reported that notice of the hearing was given by mail~ all in the manner and form required by Section 2852 of said Code, and that all of the notices were mailed more than 30 days prior to the date fixed for this hearing~ The City Clerk read the Engineer's Report except as to the Map~ plat or diagram, and the assessed valuation and true va~mation of all assessments and estimated assess- ments upon the individual parcels of land~ and reported that no written protests had been received, No oral protests were made$ whereupon~ the hearing was official-~ ly closed~ 47-134 Motion ' X' All Ayes ' All Ayes Noes X All Ayes
