All Ayes ~CITY PLANNING COMMISSION IZONING C~E C-23-723 2907 MADISON - NONCONFORMING ADDITIONS ~A communication was presented from the City Planning Comnlissioni ~adv~s~ng the City Council that, on April 5, 1973, the COn,his- :sion, by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 noes, contrary to the Depart- ~Zoning Case C-23-723, for a Conditional Use Permit to construct Ioperate and maintain additions to a nonconforming tavern at ~2907 Madison Street, situated at the northerly corner of bin- coin Avenue and Madison Street, in Zone K-3 (Multiple-Family Residential Zone), and determined that the project would not ~have a significant effect cm the environment; whereupon~ it was Ithe determination that this matter not be reviewed by the City PURCMaSING AND STORES MANAGER ~BIDS - LA SIERRA PARK PARKING LOT APPROACH & ENTRANCE PAVING lin consideration of tbe recom~nendation from the Purchasing and ~Stores Manager, the bid of E. L. Yeager Construction Co., Inc.. ~in tile amount of $10,937.00, was accepted for furnishing all :labor, materials and equipment for the construction and paving :of the parking lot approach and entrance road at La Sierra ?ar~, a!l other bids were rejected, and the bonds submitted ~with said rejected bids were released from further liability; Ithe City Attorney was requested to prepare the necessary con- ~tract; and execution of the said contract was authorized and ~d±rected upon approval by the City Attorney of the performance Ibonds required in connection therewith. 58-475 COUNCILMEN
