WHEREAS a dangerous building was found to exist on <br /> <br /> 8 property located at 10680 Wells Avenue, Riverside, California, <br /> 9 as more fully described as follows: <br /> 10 That portion of Lot 7 of E1 Rincon, in the <br /> City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of <br /> 11 California, as per map recorded in Book 11, Pages <br /> 85 and 86 of Maps, in the Office of the County <br /> 12 Recorder of said County, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the most southerly corner of said <br /> 13 Lot 7; <br /> Thence northwesterly along the southwesterly <br /> 14 line of said Lot, 393.76 feet to the most westerly <br /> corner thereof; <br /> 15 Thence northeasterly along the northwesterly <br /> line of said Lot, 104.02 feet to the most westerly <br /> 16 corner of that certain tract of land conveyed to <br /> Rancho La Sierra, Inc., by deed recorded July 17, <br /> 17 1926 in Book 682, Page 388 of Deeds, Records of <br /> Riverside County, California; <br /> 18 Thence southeasterly along the southwesterly <br /> line of said tract of land, so conveyed to Rancho <br /> 19 La Sierra, Inc. and parallel with the <br /> southwesterly line of said Lot 7, 393.76 feet, <br /> 20 more or less, to the southeasterly line of said <br /> Lot; <br /> 21 Thence southwesterly along said southeasterly <br /> line of said Lot 7, 104.02 feet more or less, to <br /> 22 the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> 23 WHEREAS said property is designated as Riverside County <br /> 24 Assessor Parcel No. 143-020-016; and <br /> 25 WHEREAS the record owners of said property, Philip J. <br /> 26 Sandoval and Oralia Sandoval, were given notice as required by <br /> 2? law of the existence of a dangerous building on the <br /> <br />ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
