WHEREAS a dangerous building was found to exist on 8 property located at 4302 Park Avenue, Riverside, Califcrnia, as 9 more fully described as follows: 10 Por Lots 5, 6 and 7 Blk. 12 MB 006/014 SB Sants Fe TR 11 12 WHEREAS said property is designated as Riverside County 13 Assessor Parcel No. 211-234-002-7; and 14 WHEREAS the record owners of said property, Fernando 15 Carra~co, Isabel Acosta, Geoffrey Scott, Laurel Scott, were 16 given notice as required by law of the existence of a dangerous 17 building on the above-described property; and 18 WHEREAS a Certificate of Existence of Dangerous 19 Buildings was recorded on April 29, 1991 as Instrument 20 No. 140308, Official Records of Riverside County, California; and 21 WHEREAS the dangerous building was demolished i.n 22 conformance with the provisions of the Uniform Code for' the 23 Abatement of Dangerous Buildings; and 24 WHEREAS a report from the Public Works Director of the 25 City of Riverside specifying the work done, the itemize~ and 26 total cost, a description of the real property on whichi the 27 building or structure was located, and the names and addresses ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE FORNI A
