1 RESOLUTION NO. ]7935 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE COST OF 3 SECURING A DANGEROUS BUILDING LOCATED AT 3227 ORANGE STREET, RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, BE A ~ CHARGE WHICH SHALL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE PROPERTY INVOLVED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OP 5 THE UNIFORM CODE FOR THE ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS 6 BUILDINGS. ? WHEREAS a dangerous building was found to exisi on 8 property located at 3227 Orange Street, Riverside, California, 9 and more fully described as follows: 10 That portion of Block 2, Range 6 of the Town of Riverside, as shown by map on file in Book 7,, 11 Page 17 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County, California, described as follows. 12 Beginning at a point on the westerly line of 13 Orange Street, 60 feet southerly from the northeasterly corner of said block; 14 Thence southerly on said westerly line of Orange Street, 63 feet; 15 Thence at right angles westerly 157 1/2 feet to an alley; 16 Thence northerly parallel with the westerly line of Orange Street, 63 feet; 17 Thence at right angles easterly 157 1/2 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. 18 19 WHEREAS said property is designated as Riverside County 20 Assessor Parcel No. 213-081-009-6; and 21 WHEREAS %he record owner of said property, Dennis J. 22 Squires, was given notice as required by law of the existence of 23 a dangerous building on the above-described property; and 24 WHEREAS a Certificate of Existence of Dangerous! 25 Buildings was recorded on August 23, 1991 as Instrumenti 26 No. 292254, Official Records of Riverside County, California; 27 and ATTORNEY DE CALIFORNIA
