REcORDtNG' ~e~pt ~uont to REQUEST FOR RECORDATION G~mment Code ~ Request of City Clerk for recordati~ of this instrument, and return to, City Clerk, City Hall, 3900 Main Street Riverside, CA 92522 1 RESOLUTION NO. 17933 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE COST OF 3 DEMOLITION OF A DANGEROUS BUILDING LOCATED AT 10225 MULL AVENUE RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, BE A CHARGE WHICH SHALL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE PROPERTY INVOLVED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS 5 OF THE UNIFORM CODE FOR THE ABATEMENT OF DANGEROUS BUILDINGS. 6 7 WHEREAS a dangerous building was found to exist on 8 property located at 10225 Mull Avenue, Riverside, California, as 9 more fully described as follows: I 10 Lot 5 of Block 13 of LA GRANADA as shown by Map on file in Book 12, Pages 42-51 inclusive of Maps, 11 Records of Riverside County, California, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northeasterly 80 feet thereof, the 12 Southwesterly line of said Northeasterly 80 feet being parallel with the Northeasterly line of Lot 13 5. 14 WHEREAS said property is designated as Riverside County 15 Assessor Parcel No. 147-252-014; and 16 WHEREAS the record owners of said property, PhUong Quoc 17 Lu and Kim Dung Phu, were given notice as required by liaw of the 18 existence of a dangerous building on the above-describsd 19 property; and 20 WHEREAS a Certificate of Existence of Dangerous 21 Buildings was recorded on October 3, 1991 as Instrumen% ~2 No. 343353, Official Records of Riverside Coun%y, California; and 23 WHEREAS the dangerous building was demolished in 2~ conformance with the provisions of the Uniform Code fo~ the 25 Abatement of Dangerous Buildings; and 26 WHEREAS a report from the Public Works Directo~ of the 27 City of Riverside specifying the work done, the itemized and ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE FORNIA
