WHEREAS a dangerous building was found to exist on 8 property located at 3921 Manchester Place, Riverside, 9 California, and more fully described as follows: 10 Lot 101, Bel Air Square Unit No. 3 as shown by map on file in Book 29, Pages 98 and 99 of Maps, 11 Records of Riverside County, California. 12 WHEREAS said property is designated as Riverside County 13 Assessor Parcel No. 193-243-021-9; and 14 WHEREAS the record owner of said property, Common Wealth 15 Mortgage Company, was given notice as required by law oif the 16 existence of a dangerous building on the above-described 17 property~ and 18 WHEREAS the dangerous building was secured in 19 conformance with the provisions of the Uniform Code forl the 20 Abatement of Dangerous Buildings and the premises clearled of 21 trash and debris; and 22 WHEREAS a report from the Public Works Direct0ri of the 23 Ci%y of Riverside gpeaifying %he work done, %he i%emized and ~4 total cost, a description of the real property on whichi the 25 building or structure is located, and the names and addresses of 26 the persons entitled to notice was filed with the City Clerk; and 2~ WHEREAS a copy of the Notice of Hearing on the Report of ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA
