WHEREAS a dangerous building was found to exis~ on 8 property located at 7819 Cypress Avenue, Riverside, California, 9 and more fully described as follows: 10 Lot 261 of Camp Anza Subdivision No. 1 as shown by map on file in Book 22, Pages 81 and 82 of 11 Maps, Records of Riverside County, California. 12 WHEREAS said property is designated as Riverside County 13 Assessor Parcel No. 151-140-017; and 14 '~qEREAS the record owners of said property, Harold D. 15 Andersen, Margie Andersen, and John K.
