1 RESOLUTION NO. ]7927 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, MAKING FINDINGS AND <br />3 DETERMINATIONS RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION BY <br /> EMINENT DOMAIN OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY ON THE' <br />4 NORTH SIDE OF DUFFERIN AVENUE BETWEEN VAN BUREN <br /> BOULEVARD AND IRVING STREET PURSUANT TO THE <br />5 PROVISIONS OF PROPOSITION 70 AS AN ENHANCEMENT <br /> TO AND BUFFER FOR THE CALIFORNIA CITRUS STATE <br />6 HISTORIC PARK; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNMY <br /> TO CAUSE PROCEEDINGS IN EMINENT DOMAIN THEREFOR <br />? TO BE PROSECUTED. <br />8 WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of Section L245.235 <br />9 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of California, the <br />10 City Clerk of the City of Riverside ("the City") has given <br />11 notice of the hearing on the intention of the City Council of <br />12 the City to adopt a Resolution of Necessity relating to the <br />13 acquisition by eminent domain of the fee simple interesit in that <br />14 certain hereinafter described real property located wit!tin the <br />15 City on the north side of Dufferin Avenue between Van Buren <br />16 Boulevard and Irving Street pursuant to the provisions :of <br />17 Proposition 70 as an enhancement to and buffer for the <br />18 California Citrus State Historic Park; and <br />19 WHEREAS said hearing was held on January 21, 1992, by <br />20 the City Council at the time and place set forth in the Clerk's <br />21 notice of hearing; and <br />22 WHEREAS the City Council considered all matters duly <br />23 presented at said hearing, including the recommendations of City <br />24 staff and the objections made by and on behalf of the property <br />25 owners; <br />26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED, FOUND AND <br />2? DETERMINED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, <br />ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
