V-80-912 <br /> <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO. 17921 <br /> 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RENDERING ITS DECISION <br /> 3 GRANTING A VARIANCE. <br /> 4 The Board of Administrative Appeals and Zoning <br /> <br />5 Adjustment of the City of Riverside denied the application of <br />6 Janet H. Hubbard, Zoning Case V-80-912, for a variance from the <br />7 area requirements of Section 19.70.130 of the Riverside <br />8 Municipal Code. <br />9 Douglas R. Shackelton, Director of Planning, J. F. <br />10 Davidson Associates, Inc., on behalf of petitioner, appealed to <br />11 the City Council from the determination of the Board o~ <br />12 Administrative Appeals and Zoning Adjustment. The City Council <br />13 of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing on <br />14 January 14, 1992, in the matter of said appeal. <br />15 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />16 that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and <br />17 conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and by <br />18 the investigation of the City Council that the conditions set <br />19 forth in Section 19.64.130 (b) exist, and the granting of the <br />20 variance will be in harmony with the general purpose and intent <br />21 of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br />22 RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance be and is hereby <br />23 granted for the purpose of allowing a maximum six-foot-high <br />24 combination block and wrought iron fence within the front yard <br />25 setback where a maximum three-foot-high solid wall or <br />26 four-foot-high open work fence is permitted, as shown on the <br />27 plot plan and in accordance with the terms of the conditions of <br />ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />FORNI A <br /> <br /> <br />
