C-34-890 (Revised) <br /> <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO. 17919 <br /> <br /> 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RENDERING ITS DECISION <br /> 3 GRANTING AN APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> 4 The Planning Commission of the City of Riverside on <br /> 5 December 5, 1991, failed to grant the application of PacTel <br /> 6 Cellular, et al., Zoning Case C-34-890 (Revised), for a revised <br /> ? Conditional Use Permit to increase the height of an existing <br /> 8 mono-pole antenna from 60 to 90 feet for an unmanned telephone <br /> 9 facility in the M-1 Restricted Commercial and R-1-65 <br /> 10 Single-Family Residential Zones. (Tentative C-2 - S-1 <br /> 11 Restricted Commercial and Height of Building Combining Zones <br /> 12 under Zoning Case R-48-889.) <br /> 13 Larry Levine, on behalf of applicant, appealed to the <br /> 14 City Council from the determination of the Planning Commission, <br /> 15 and the City Council of the City of Riverside conducted a public <br /> 16 hearing on January 7, 1992 in the matter of said appeal. <br /> 17 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br /> 18 that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and <br /> 19 conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and by <br /> 20 the investigation of the City Council that the public necessity, <br /> 21 convenience, welfare and good zoning practices justify ~he <br /> 22 granting of said revised permit upon the terms and conditions <br /> 23 therein contained. <br /> 24 RESOLVED further that said revised Conditional Use <br /> 25 Permit be and is hereby granted and that the Mayor and City <br /> 26 Clerk of the City of Riverside be instructed to sign said permit. <br /> 27 ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and <br /> <br />ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
