<br />- <br /> <br />- <br /> <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 8,2005,6 P.M. <br />ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER <br />CITY HALL <br />3900 MAIN STREET WARDS <br /> <br />RollCall: <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />In the absence of Mayor Loveridge, Councilmember Gage called the meeting <br />to order at 6 p.m. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSIONS - CONTINUED IN PART <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />There were no oral communications presented at this time. <br /> <br />Mayor Loveridge entered the meeting during the following closed session. <br /> <br />The Mayor and City Council recessed to the City Council Board Room for a <br />closed session pursuant to Government Code ~54956.8 to instruct the City's <br />Negotiators, Thomas P. Evans and Bob Hall, regarding price and terms of <br />payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of (1) 3505 and 3745, <br />(2) 3707 and 3719, (3) 3565 and 3595, (4) 3909, (5) 3915, and (6) 3925 Van <br />Buren Boulevard by (1) Robert Vaccher and Anita Husted, (2) Aldo Vaccher <br />and Rose Vaccher Family Trust, Robert Vaccher, (3) Mohammad Sadeghian <br />and Klara Sadeghian, (4) Fara Dee Francis, (5) Steven Leroy Francis and <br />Elizabeth Rose Francis; and (6) Fara D. Francis, Trustee of the Family Trust <br />of Warren M. Francis and Fara D. Francis (aka The Francis Trust Dated <br />February 24, 1986); Negotiators, respectively. <br /> <br />The Agency's closed session pursuant to Government Code ~54956.8 to <br />instruct the Agency's Negotiator, Michael J. Beck" regarding price and terms <br />of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 2055 University <br />Avenue by Maheshkumar D.
