PARTIES <br /> <br />1.1 This Agreement Terminating and Expunging Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of <br />Restrictive Covenants for Owner-Occupied Property known as Lot 12 of Tract 29501 <br />("Expungement Agreement") is entered[ into this 28th day of January ,2004 between The <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside ("Agency"), a California public agency and <br />Riverside Mission Village LLC ("Owner"), a California limited liability company. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2. RECITALS <br /> <br /> 2.1 Oxvner is the fee simple., owner of that certain parcel of real property commonly <br />known as Lot 12 of Tract No. 29501, Riverside, California ("Property") upon which Owner has <br />constructed has a single family residential unit and which is more fully described as: <br /> <br />Lot 12 of. Tract No. 29501, in the City of Riverside, County of <br />Riverside, State of California, as per Map recorded in Book 326 of <br />Maps, Pages 1 through 4, inclusive, in the Official Records of the <br />County Recorder of said County. <br /> <br /> 2.2 Owner and Agency have previously executed and caused to be recorded against the <br />Property that certain "First/Market Streets Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive <br />Covenants for Owner-Occupied Property known as Lot I2 of Tract No. 29501) ("Regulatory <br />Agreement"), which was recorded in Riverside County OfficiaI Records on November 8, 2002 as <br />Document No. 2002-648544.
