GP-002-923 1 RESOLUTION NO. 18169 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE RIVERSIDE 3 GENERAL PLAN BY ADDING THERETO THE UNIVERSITY AVENUE SPECIFIC PLAN. 5 WHEREAS the Environmental Protection Commission of the 6 City of Riverside considered the proposed University Avenue ? Specific Plan and amendment of the Riverside General Plan (Case 8 GP-002-923) at its meeting held on November 12, 1992, and 9 determined that approval of Case GP-002-923 will not have a 10 significant effect on the environment; and 11 WHEREAS the Cultural Heritage Board of the City of 12 Riverside considered Case GP-002-923 on November 18, 1992, and 13 recommended to the City Council that it be approved with certain 14 modifications; and 15 WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside 16 advertised for and held a public hearing on November 19, 1992, 17 to consider Case GP-002-923 and recommended to the City Council 18 that Case GP-002-923 be approved with certain modifications; and 19 WHEREAS the Design Review Board of the City of Riverside 20 considered Case GP-002-923 on December 9, 1992, and recommended 21 to the City Council that it be approved with certain 22 modifications; and 23 WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Riverside 24 advertised for and held a public hearing on December 22, 1992, 25 to consider Case GP-002-923; 26 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of 27 the City of Riverside, California, that the City Council finds ATTORNEY DE FORNIA
