VR-118-912 <br /> <br /> 1 RESOLUTION NO. 18167 <br /> <br /> 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RENDERING ITS DECISION <br /> 3 GRANTING A VARIANCE. <br /> 4 WHEREAS on December 3, 1992, the Board of <br /> <br />5 Administrative Appeals and Zoning Adjustment of the City of <br />6 Riverside denied the application of Mehar S. Gill in Zoning <br />7 Case VR-118-912 for a variance from the building heigh~ <br />8 requirements of Section 19.09.030 of the Riverside Municipal <br />9 Code. <br />10 WHEREAS John W. Canty, Senior Vice President, J. F. <br />11 Davidson Associates, Inc., on behalf of applicant, appealed <br />12 to the City Council from the determination of the Board of <br />13 Administrative Appeals and Zoning Adjustment; and <br />14 WHEREAS The City Council of the City of Riverside <br />15 conducted a public hearing on January 26, 1993, which hearing <br />16 was continued from January 5, 1993, in the matter of said <br />17 appeal. <br />18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />19 the City of Riverside that it be and is hereby found and <br />20 determined from the facts and conditions shown by the <br />21 evidence at the public hearing and by the investigation of <br />22 the City Council that the conditions set forth in Section <br />23 19.64.130 (b) exist, and the granting of the variance will be <br />24 in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the <br />25 Riverside Municipal Code. <br />26 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a variance be and is <br />27 hereby granted for the purpose of allowing a two-story, <br />Atto~ey's Office <br />~re~ <br />CA 92522 <br />782-5567 F:~WPDATA~RES~93018701.SY <br /> <br /> <br />
