REED and JANET M. REED, husband and wife, 12 in that Offer of Dedication dated June 4, 1986 and recorded 13 June 25, 1986 as Instrument No. 147481, Official Records of 1~ Riverside County, California; and 15 WHEREAS also in connection with the issuance of a 16 Certificate of Compliance in Case COC-20-834, certain real 17 property was irrevocably offered for dedication to the City of 18 Riverside for public street and highway purposes, together with 19 all rights to construct and maintain utilities, sewers, drains 20 and other improvements consistent with the use as a public 21 street and highway by FRANCIS E. TROWBRIDGE and LINDA J. 22 TROWBRIDGE, husband and wife, in that Offer of Dedication dated 23 June 5, 1986 and recorded June 25, 1986 as Instrument 2~ No. 147482, Official Records of Riverside County, California; and 25 WHEREAS the two strips of land were offered for 26 dedication for street purposes to provide for the future 27 extension of Raley Drive west of Pierce Street; and ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA
