<br /> 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. ~17189,
<br /> 3 AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SUBSECTION (c) OF SECTION 5
<br /> THEREOF TO PROVIDE THAT THE CERTIFIED EMPLOYEES OF THE
<br /> 4 FIRE UNIT REGULARLY ASSIGNED TO AND ACTIVELY SERVING ON
<br /> THE HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TEAM SHALL RECEIVE A SALARY
<br /> 5 DIFFERENTIAL OF ~200 PER MONTH COMMENCING JULY 2, 1993.
<br /> 6 The City Council of the City of Riverside, California,
<br /> ? does resolve as follows:
<br /> 8 Section 1: Subsection (c) of Section 5 of Resolution

<br /> 12 17391, 17392, 17402, 17407, 17411, 17412, 17456, 17479, 17485,

<br /> 13 17496, 17520, ].7522, 17524, 17526, 17536, 17537, 17538,1 17550,
<br /> 14 17557, 17567, 17576, 17580, 17591, 17592, 17598, 17599 ! 17606,
<br /> 15 17616, 17678, 17704, 17715, 17719, 17722, 17790, 17802, 17803,

<br /> 16 17805, 17839, 17894, 17906, 18011, 18023, 18057, and 18075, is
<br />
<br /> 17 hereby further amended to provide that the certified employees
<br />
<br /> 18 of the Fire Unit regularly assigned to and actively serving on
<br />
<br /> 19 the Hazardous Materials Team shall receive a salary differential
<br /> 20 of ~200 per month commencing July 2, 1993, which subsection (c)
<br /> 21 shall read as follows:
<br /> 22 "(c) Other Salary Adjustments.
<br /> Effective January 4, 1991, after investigation and
<br /> 23 approval by the City Manager, certain salary increases
<br /> as hereinafter set forth shall be assigned to positions
<br /> 24 or persons as follows:

<br /> 25 (1) Each Police Officer regularly assigned to
<br /> motorcycle duty will receive an additional ~75
<br /> 26 per month.
<br /> 27 (2) Employees in the Fire Unit assigned tio the
<br /> Rescue Squad of the Fire Department Shall
