CITY COUNCIL <br /> AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />MINUTES <br /> <br /> TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2004, 2 p.m. <br />ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER, CITY HALL, 3900 MAIN STREET <br />CITY CLERK'S OFFICE - 951-826-5557 <br /> <br />WARDS <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Mayor Loveridge called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m. <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE <br />There were no comments presented at this time. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following item was approved by one motion <br />appropriate to the item. <br /> <br />affirming the action <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY GRANT APPLICATION - SITE <br />REMEDIATION - 2871 UNIVERSITY <br />The Agency (1) approved filing the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) <br />Grant applioation for site remediation of subsurface oontamination at <br />2871 University Avenue in the University CorridodSycamore Canyon <br />Redevelopment Project Area; and (2) authorized the Executive Director or his <br />designee to execute all documents pertinent to the grant application and <br />acceptance of funds, if awarded. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION CALENDAR <br /> <br />RULES OF PROCEDURE AND ORDER OF BUSINESS - RESOLUTION <br />Following discussion, the Agency (1) adopted a resolution amending the <br />Agency Rules of Procedure and Order of Business to provide for regular <br />meetings to be held on the first four Tuesdays of each month except for July <br />and August during which regular meetings will be held the second and fourth <br />Tuesdays; and (2) directed the Agency Secretar~dCity Clerk to combine the <br />Agency and City Council minutes into one document; whereupon, a <br />Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside, California, <br />Amending the Rules of Procedure and Order of Business for the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside and Related Funotions and <br />Activities and Resoinding All Prior Aotions Taken Thereto, was presented and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />Member Adkison disqualified himself from participating in the following matter <br />and left the dais as his firm Adkan Engineers has performed services for <br />Chris Singletary who is an officer of the corporation which owns apartments <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />Motion <br />Second <br />All Ayes <br /> <br />Motion <br />Second <br />All Ayes <br /> <br />COUNClUAGENCY <br />MEMBERS <br /> <br />90-196 <br /> <br /> <br />
