PARTIES <br /> <br />1.1 This Agreement Terminating and Expunging Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of <br />Restrictive Covenants for Owner-Occupied Property known as Lot 2 of Tract 29501 <br />("Expungement Agreement") is entered into this 30th day of January , 2004 between <br />The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside ("Agency"), a California public agency and <br />Riverside Mission Village LLC ("Owner"), a California limited liability company. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2. RECITALS <br /> <br /> 2.1 Owner is the fee simple owner of that certain parcel of real property commonly <br />known as Lot 2 of Tract No. 29501, Riverside, California ("Property") upon which Owner has <br />constructed has a single family residential unit and which is more fully described as: <br /> <br />Lot 2 of. Tract No. 295;01, in the City of Riverside, County of <br />Riverside, State of California, as per Map recorded in Book 326 of <br />Maps, Pages I through 4, inclusive, in the Official Records of the <br />County Recorder of said County. <br /> <br /> 2.2 Owner and Agency have', previously executed and caused to be recorded against <br />the Property that certain "First/Market Streets Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of <br />Restrictive Covenants for Owner-Occupied Property known as Lot 2 of Tract No. 29501) <br />("Regulatory Agreement"), which was recorded in Riverside County Official Records on <br />November 8, 2002 as Document No. 2002-648539. The Regulatory Agreement was recorded <br />against the Property pursuant to that certain "First/Market Streets Disposition and Development <br /> <br />RVPUB'~KKR,666259 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
