Bundy Drive, Suite 540 Los Angeles, California 90025-5245 SPACE ABOVE FOR RECORDER'S USE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS FOR I ESTATES AT CANYON CREST -i Tract No. 25486-3 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for ESTATES AT CANYON CREST ("First Amendment") is made and executed this q.~.r~ of -.~e~,~ ,2002 by ESTATES AT C,,~NYON ,, CREST RIVERSI_D,~I]~C~-., a California non-profit mutual behest corporation ( Declarant and "Association '), which has jurisdiction over that certain real property subject to this First Amendment. RECITALS WHEREAS, a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for ESTATES AT CANYON CREST ("Declaration") was recorded March 13, 1998, as Instrument No. 98-993235, Official Records of Riverside County affecting that certain real property in the City of Riverside, of said County, State of California described as: Lots 1 through 15, inclusive, of Tract 25486-3 as per Map recorded in Book 264, Pages 43 through 46, inclusive of Maps, records of said county, State of California. WHEREAS, Lots in the project have been sold, therefore pursuant to Article XIV, Section 14.02 of the Declaration, the Declarant desires to amend the Declaration with the signatures of two Association officers certifying that this amendment has been approved by at least sixty-seven percent (67°/°) of the Association Members', NOW, THEREFORE, the Declaration is hereby amended as follows: Exhibit 'B" is deleted and replaced with the following Exhibit "B": 'Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 22392, as shown my Map on file in Book 145, of Parcel Maps, Pages 7 and 8, records of Riverside County, California." EXCEPT AS SO AMENDED, the Declaration shall be and remain in full force and effect. [Amend. CCR: 06-25-02 ]
