This/these <br />applicant(s) is/are as follows: <br /> <br />CURRENTISSUE: <br /> <br />16-071 Saul & Luz Bonilla <br /> <br />3987 Columbia Avenue (92501) NS D/L $40,000.00 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to construct carport; install central air and heat, exhaust fan in bathroom, new <br />deadbolt on entry door, cover over crawlspace, GFCI's, 20-amp circuit, new outlets in kitchen, bedrooms <br />and bathroom, smoke detectors, spark arrestor, and rain cap; bring hot water heater up to code <br />requirements and relocate to exterior; bring closed porch up to code requirements; bring garage <br />conversion up to code requirements and relocate washer and dryer to garage. A Certified Lead-Based <br />Paint Contractor has abated areas containing lead-based paint. <br /> <br />16-069 <br /> <br />Betty Pharr & Lee Kerr <br /> <br />6906 Marguerita Avenue (92506) <br /> <br />DA G $230.00 <br />CB SG $4,770.00 <br />CB D/L $35,000.00 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to paint interior; replace windows, entry doors, security screen doors, garage door, <br />fencing and toilet; install carpet, closet rod, two ceiling fans, two light fixtures, fire rated man-door, lever <br />handles on entry doors and faucets, spark arrestor and rain cap, GFCI's, 20-amp circuit for microwave, <br />and smoke detectors; repair water damaged ceiling in dining room, kitchen cabinets, and front sprinkler <br />system; refinish bathtub; bring hot water heater, back patio cover, and room addition up to code; trim <br />trees; and plant grass in backyard. Due to the age of the house, no lead-based paint testing was <br />necessary. <br /> <br />16-075 <br /> <br />Jose & Norma Mejia <br /> <br />2461 Pennsylvania Avenue (92507) ES G $5,000.00 <br /> ES R/L $35,000.00 <br /> <br />Funds will be used to paint exterior; replace closet doors, three windows at front of house, hot water <br />heater, entry doors, and roof; install tile flooring, range hood, new kitchen cabinets, 20-amp circuit for <br />microwave, and GFCI's; close off doorway from bathroom to family room; and bring patio cover and <br />garage conversion up to code.
