Code Section 27383 (Space above line for use by Recorder) THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE GRANT DEED CONTAINING POWER OF TERMINATION For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF Riverside, a public body, corporate and politic ("Grantor") hereby grants to MARY ERICKSON HOUSING/RIVERSIDE HOMES, LLC, a limited liability company ("Grantee") the real property legally described in Exhibit A and by this reference incorporated herein ("Property"). 1. The Property is conveyed subject to that certain Disposition and Development Agreement dated as of February 10, 2004, between Grantor and Grantee ("Agreement"). The provisions of the Agreement are incorporated herein by this reference and shall be deemed to be a part hereof as if set forth at length herein. 2. The Grantee covenants by and for itself, its heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and all persons claiming under or through them, that there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person or group of persons on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin or ancestry in the sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the Property, nor shall the Grantee or any person claiming under or through it, establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees or vendees in or on the Property.
