SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND ~ DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE The CiTY OF RIVERSIDE, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("BENEFICIARY"), as the owner and holder of the Promissory Note secured by "Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents" dated January 27, 2003, made by the RIVERSIDE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a California non-profit public benefit corporation ("TRUSTOR"), to CHICAGO TITLE COMPANY ("TRUSTEE") as original Trustee, for BENEFICIARY, which Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents was recorded on December 19, 2003, as Instrument No. 2003-990111, Page 1 of 7, Official Records of Riverside County, California, and then re-recorded on March 2, 2004 as "Modification of Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents," as Instrument No. 2004- 0148103, Page 1 of 12, Official Records of Riverside County, California, hereby appoints and substitutes CITY OF RIVERSIDE as Trustee in lieu of the Trustee therein. As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee, CITY OF RIVERSIDE hereby accepts said appointment as Trustee under the above Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents, and as successor Trustee, and pursuant to the request of said owner and holder and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents, does hereby RECONVEY WITHOUT WARRANTY, TO THE PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, ALL the estate, title and interest now held by said trustee under said Deed of Trust with Assignment of Rents ONLY AS TO 8851 INDIANA AVENUE, RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA AND NOT AS TO ANY OTHER REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED 1N THAT DEED OF TRUST WITH ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS. Wherever the text of this document so requires, the singular includes the plural.
