FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY wish to formalize the right of each party <br />to use the driveway located on the common property line for both parcels and which provides <br />access to Doherty Street, as sho~vn on Exhibit "C", and further, to provide a reciprocal access <br />easement for the benefit of both parcels. <br /> <br /> <br />
