Meeting Called to Order at 5:45 p.m. by Vice Chairman Moore <br /> <br />David <br /> <br />II. Approval of the Minutes <br /> <br />A. Minutes from July 8, 2004 moved to approve by Mr. Block and seconded <br /> by Mr. Herrly. <br /> <br />III. Old Business <br /> <br />A. Charter Communications stated that 78 public access users have passed the <br /> training since 2000. They have access to all the equipment on the attached <br /> list. <br /> <br />i. The task force would like to know how many of these 78 people <br /> have used the studio and the approximate number of hours used. <br /> <br />The task tbrce would like to know if there has been an ongoing <br />problem of proper equipment was not being available to public <br />access users because it was at another location. The franchise does <br />not state that Charter cannot use their equipment, but only that it <br />~nust be made available to the public access user. <br /> <br />iii. <br /> <br />The task force would like to query the 78 qualified users as to their <br />satisfaction of studio usage related to the Franchise agreement, i.e. <br />training, problems, studio-in-the-box. The task force would like to <br />hear complaints ti'om the users themselves. The task force can <br />determine problems the~nselves or determine if a survey needs to be <br /> <br /> <br />
