Mayor Tempore presided. WORKSHOP/LUNCHEON - EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKING RELATIONS BETWEEN MAYOR, CITY COUNCIL, CITY MANAGER - CONTINUED Following discussion, the City Council continued to August 10, 2004, the workshop on effective communications and working relations between the Mayor, City Council, and City Manager. RECESS The City Council recessed at 11:10 a.m. and reconvened at 1 p.m. in the Mayor's Ceremonial Room. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE There were no comments presented at this time.
