RESOLUTION NO. 635 RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING WITH RESPECT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PROPOSED MAGNOLIA CENTER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside (the "Agency") has initiated the Magnolia Center Redevelopment Project (the "Project"); and WHEREAS, Sections 33348 and 33360 of Health and Safety Code requires that the Agency and City Council of the City of Riverside will hold a joint public hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan and Environmental Impact Report for the Project; and WHEREAS, Section 33349 of Health and Safety Code requires that a notice of said public hearing be published in a newspaper of general circulation and be mailed to each property owner, resident, business, and affected taxing agency. NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Riverside hereby resolves as follows: SECTION 1: The Agency hereby consents to a Joint Public Hearing with the City Council of the City of Riverside on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Magnolia Center Redevelopment Project and the Environmental lmpact Report prepared in connection therewith at the following time and place: Date: June 23, 1998 Time: 3:00 p.m. Place: City Hall Council Chambers 3900 Main Street Riverside, CA 92501 SECTION 2: The Secretary of the Agency, in cooperation with the City Clerk, is authorized and directed to give notice of such joint public hearing in the form and manner required by law.
