City of <br />Riverside - WCAB Nos. 030296 and 030092; (2) §54956.8 to instruct the <br />City's Negotiators, George A. Caravalho and Bob Hall, regarding price and <br />terms of payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of APN's 132- <br />100-001, 002, and 003, and 132-231-018 (commonly referred to as Frost <br />Reservoir) by Alvord Unified School District; Paul Jessup, Negotiator; <br />(3) §54956.9 to confer with and/or receive advice from legal counsel <br />concerning one case of anticipated litigation; (4) §54956.9 to confer with <br />and/or receive advice from legal counsel concerning John Sabatello v.
