CITY OF RIVERSIDE Cl'rY COUNCIL COUNCILMEMBERS Minutes of: Time of Meeting: Place of Meeting: Date of Meeting: Regular Meeting of the City Council 8:00 a.m. Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall June 15, 2004 WARDS Roll Call: Mayor Loveridge called the meeting to order at 8 a.m. in the Mayor's Ceremonial Room. WORKSESSION FISCAL YEAR 2004-05 PRELIMINARY ANNUAL BUDGET REVIEW GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT Following discussion, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget of the General Services Department. HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT Following discussion, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget of the Human Resources Department. INFORMATION SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT Following discussion, the City Council (1) tentatively approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget of the Information Systems Department; and (2) requested the City Manager to schedule a workshop to discuss the feasibility of providing information systems services in-house. LIBRARY DEPARTMENT Following discussion, the City Council tentatiw,~ly approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget of the Library Department. CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE Following discussion, the City Council tentatiw.~ly approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget of the City Attorney's Office. The Mayor and Councilmembers disclosed that they each are members of the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce. Councilmember Betro announced his membership on the Mission Inn Foundation Board of Directors and disqualified himself from participation on funding of the Mission Inn Foundation.
