CITY OF RIVERSIDE CITY COUNCIL COUNCILMEMBERS Minutes of: Time of Meeting: Place of Meeting: Date of Meeting: Regular Meeting of the City Council 9:30 a.m. Art Pick Council Chamber, City Hall June 8, 2004 WARDS Roll Call: Mayor Loveridge called the meeting to order at 9:40 a.m. WORKSESSION FISCAL YEAR 2004-05 PRELIMINARY ANNUAL BUDGET REVIEW Following discussion and without formal motion, the City Council scheduled the Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget reconciliation and Non-Departmental worksession for June 15, 2004, at 8:30 a.m. FIRE DEPARTMENT Following discussion, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget of the Fire Department. PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT Following discussion, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget of the Public Utilities Department. AIRPORT DEPARTMENT Following discussion, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget of the Airport Department. Councilmember Schiavone excused himself and left the Art Pick Council Chamber during the following matter. FINANCE DEPARTMENT Following discussion, the City Council tentatively approved the proposed Fiscal Year 2004-05 Budget of the Finance Department. RECESS The City Council recessed at 11:25 a.m. and reconvened at 1:35 p.m. with Mayor Loveridge presiding and all Councilmembers present except Councilmembers Moore and Adkison. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE Mary Shelton spoke regarding Paul Bugar, Dan Hotard, and Rommel Dunbar.
